Refund and Return Policy – CYBER SHARK

1. Return Policy for Digital Products

According to Law No. 105 of March 13, 2003 on Consumer Protection, digital products delivered electronically (via email, website, or other digital means) are excluded from the right of return in the following cases:

  • When the execution of the contract has begun with the explicit consent of the consumer, as provided in Article 21(4)(d), which states that withdrawal is not possible for “contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.”
  • When the consumer has been informed and has confirmed the loss of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 21(4).

Because product keys (licenses) are unique, one-time-use codes linked to a specific device or user account, once activated, they cannot be reused, resold, or transferred.

For this reason, digital licenses and activation keys cannot be returned or refunded once delivered and activated.

2. Product Warranty

In accordance with Law No. 422 of December 22, 2006 on unfair contract terms, all digital products purchased from CYBER SHARK are covered by a limited warranty, as specified in our Terms and Conditions.

If you experience difficulties activating a product, our team will provide technical support or issue a replacement license, provided that the issue is verified and confirmed.

Examples of valid warranty issues include:

  • Incorrectly transmitted license keys (missing or mistyped characters);
  • Faulty or invalid keys caused by technical errors.

If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be processed in accordance with applicable national legislation.

3. Refund Policy

Under Article 15(2) of Law No. 105/2003, consumers are entitled to a refund only if:

  • The product is defective or does not match its description/specifications;
  • The issue cannot be resolved through replacement or technical support;
  • The consumer notifies CYBER SHARK within the applicable warranty period as defined in Article 12 of the same law.

All refund requests are subject to review based on support documentation and provided evidence.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Digital products delivered electronically are exempt from the right of withdrawal when:

  • Delivery of the digital content has begun with the consumer’s prior consent;
  • The consumer has been informed of and accepted the loss of the right of withdrawal before completing the order.
